Disclaimer

By purchasing and installing our products, you agree that StainlessSteelBacksplash.com & Eden Mosaic Tile, its employees and affiliates cannot be held responsible for any accidents, liabilities, misuse of products or damage caused. StainlessSteelBacksplash.com & Eden Mosaic Tile cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, or inconsistencies that may occur due to manufacturing changes, or any damages caused during installation. Further, while the product images found on the Website are there to help our customers have a visual representation of the products we sell, StainlessSteelBacksplash.com & Eden Mosaic Tile cannot be held responsible for any color and lighting variations, and cannot guarantee the actual product will be an exact match to the colors represented on our product images. 

Conditions Of Sale, incl. Product Returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once orders leave the warehouse. Orders cancelled prior to being shipped incur a $5 cancellation fee.
  • Product returns must first be authorized by a customer service representative and a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number must be provided.
  • Authorization to return items can be requested within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.
  • The customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping/handling charges & a 15% restock fee (the latter may be waived when returns are 10% or less of the orders), which will be deducted from the purchase price refund
  • Items pre-authorized to be shipped back must be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the purchase date, or the refund may be denied 
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date may be requested.
  • Items must be in the original packaging and original condition, used or damaged items can not be returned.
  • Sample tiles are not returnable. Only one sample per style is allowed. Up to five different samples may be ordered. 
  • Custom made and special order items can not be returned or exchanged.
  • To return a product, please click HERE and fill out/submit the Return Request Application - or call the office at 305-393-8835.
  • Items ship from the US. Items shipped to a customer from outside of the destination country may be subject to customs and/or brokerage import fees which the receiver is liable for.
  • The owner/purchaser agrees that all goods remain the property of StainlessSteelBacksplash.com until full payment is received.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, custom duties and brokerage charges involved in returning a product for exchange or refund.
  • Clearance and special order items can not be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
  • StainlessSteelBacksplash.com is not obligated to pay labor or installation costs for the installation or un-installation of any product. 
  • FL customers pay FL sales taxes (unless a resale certificate is provided). Non-Florida customers are responsible for payment of any applicable use taxes. The Stainless Steel Backsplash Store does not collect sales and use tax outside of Florida.
  • Items created by hand or with natural materials may not be exactly as shown in the photos and due to the hand crafted nature of the products, fluctuations in color and size may occur.

Shipping And Damaged Merchandise

  • StainlessSteelBacksplash.com is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
  • Many items shipped will require a signature upon delivery in order for us to verify receipt of the item.
  • Customers are charged for all shipping and transfer fees when undelivered orders are returned to us due to no fault of the company.
  • Inspect your items immediately upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order or goods were damaged during shipping we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this 48 hour window may be denied.
  • Items with manufacturer defects or shipping damaged will be fixed or replaced, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective or damaged item(s) back to us.
